Keep in mind the 575-600hp that the internet says the stock LT1 fuel system can handle is on gasoline. Plus what the internet says and reality often do not match. Since you will be using E85, you will probably be pushing the fuel system pretty hard just running on motor at 550hp. To expect the low side pump to reliably supply another 150hp worth of E85 on top of that would be unwise as far as I'm concerned. Therefore my suggestion for your proposed scenario is to either install a standalone fuel system for the nitrous system, or upgrade the low side supply.
