Here we go again...

Are you serious? Go find me a 0 to 60 in 4 seconds flat sports car (yes sports car) that will keep up with or trash cars approaching 6 figures on the track and has been described as a world class sports car (Randy Probst for one) for under $50k. My 1LE cost me $41.5k out the door. That is dirt cheap. My RAM truck was $50k, my wife's 4Runner was $46k and talk about a plasticky interior with a tiny crappy infotainment system. Her praised Toyota has been in the shop way more than my RAM and my Camaro has been flawless.

Let's face it, could fit and finish be better on some things? Sure. But, dang, I'm willing to accept some minor flaws for a performance car of this calibur that costs less than a boring SUV or a rice burning family sedan.

40 ish grand for a car or truck these days wont get you too much these days.

I'm curious what examples you refer to for cars that have better build quality and reliability that also perform like a Camaro?

You want to talk about build quality and reliability vs. cost? 3 letters... BMW. Total shop hogs.
