The primary cats are in the headers and the high flow cats that you had, go where the secondary cats are, on a stock exhaust, so you dont have either set of factory cats for sure.
I fully expect that Matt would have replaced both high flow cats with offroad connection pipes from Kooks. There is nothing else downstream of that, other than dents in the pipe.
