So I just got off the phone with an attorney. The reason I'm considering this is because the BBB and Chevrolet are not willing to replace even though by law I've already met the number of necessary attempts.

Per the Lawyer, he says he's been working on GM cases for over 20 years and I'm likely not going to get a replacement vehicle from them willingly...he will represent me no charge (Chevrolet pays the court fees upon winning or if we dont win I don't pay anything.) but in order to get a replacement vehicle it would likely have to be by judge ruling...now get this...he says the total process can take over a year! ... He said what will likely happen is Chevrolet will offer me a settlement (money) for the downtime and inconveniences long before that happens.

I went ahead and proceeded for the replacement anyway...

Opinions?
