What type of coolant do you boys recommend? I don’t even know what brand comes with the car.

I’m pretty sure it’s been explained somewhere in this thread, but no, there is no factory coolant reservoir for the intercooler circuit on the ZL1. It is not connected to the engine cooling system. As there is no reservoir, the fluid cannot be checked or topped off without special vacuum filling tools — and these cars have been known to get air in the system. Adding a reservoir with its level above the rest of the system makes it self-bleeding. So no more cavitation issues, and an easy way to top the fluid off.
