The temp on that sensor is read by the ECM in an OHM's resistance valve. the higher the ohms the lower the temp is, the lower the ohms the higher the temp is...
there are 3 different sensors listed, one made by delco, two made by hitachi.
The tables jump from 248F to 284F.
248f Delco sesnsor ohms reading would be 103 min / 116 max
284f Delco Sensor ohms reading would be 67 min / 73 max
248f Hitachi sensor #1 = 99/129
284f Hitachi sensor #1 = 62/83
Hitachi sensor #2 would be the same in that range as number 1
So you just need to find the right resistor to wire inline so when you flip the switch, it reads ohms in that area to tell the ecm the air is hot.
5v input I would imagine. I'd have to look at wiring diagrams.
