I know you are running quite a bit larger turbos than I have in my car and I know the Hellion kit has larger turbos than I have..... but my car has no perceptible lag if you use the automatic trans to determine the shifts. Literally if you mash the gas, when the car downshifts, it is hammering into the dropped gear with full boost by the time it clicks off the downshift. If I'm not on a drag radial, a full roll on at 30mph is going be a smoke show. I used to be a supercharger guy but if you spec the turbos a little smaller....OMG. Superchargers are always going to be a little better out of the hole but the more you push the forced induction system the better the turbos work and the more heat issues you are going to have with superchargers...at least PD superchargers. Like Ted said, the exhaust pipes are hotter on the turbo car under low load then when you let it run. I have worked both systems trying to make stupid speed and I'm pretty firmly in the turbo camp now.
