Michael at AutoNation Chevy took care of me with the 900 mile oil change. Let my OCD ass come back and check the car getting lifted, take pics & all that.

Trust issues since I’m now battling the Cadillac dealership just down the street on my wife’s 2018 ATS and the damage they caused where the cars needs paint on both sides now which I wasn’t told about.

I stopped by the day prior and chatted with them to make sure they were going to be OK with everything I was requesting, I really think it’s that approach before hand that’s needed to make sure the service people are a good fit for ya
