Hate to be guy that poppies on your parade but this is a bad idea. Those jacks are intended as emergency only and are generally considered trash. I also wouldn't use those with the Addon lift blocks as there isn't anything to slip down into the groove of the jack. Way too easy for it to slip off. Throw it in the trunk and use it if you must to change a tire but don't use it to support the car.
If you are going to use these use them to lift the car only and place it directly on the pinch weld and not the lift block. Then immediately support the car with Jack Stands or some other method. A nice pair of jack stands are less than the cost of those jacks. If Stands cost too much then place a couple of pieces of 6x6 on the ground under the tires and lower the car on those.
