PD blower are no different the intercoolers will get overwelmed at high boost and a Killer chiller won't help.
You are limited to the size of the intercooler core and what it can absorb for heat.
A water to Air intercooler system running Ice water is what everyone uses in drag racing because it works but not practical for the street.
