0.5 Ash is really good
less than 1.0 is SO SO
above 1.0 is high Ash
GM knows there's a problem they are trying to bandaid i think with this new 0W-40 low ash oil..
I'm probably going to use the Mobile 1 Euro 0W 40 w a TBN of 12.7 and a vented catch can vs the Dexos low ash ESP 0W -40 TBN of 8.5

Intresting take on this. I'd like to the the results. So you won't run any crank case gas thru the intake (vented catch can)?
