I have a 16 2SS with the A8. I had the shudder problem since just after 10K miles. I went through the triple flush, 2 torque converter changes and now a replacement transmission. I would never buy an A8 again. My car has spent months at the dealer over the last 2 years. The shudder is gone after they put in a new rebuilt transmission but I feel like i'm driving a time bomb
