to me, Nick
Small kit is:
Camshaft (yes you have to, sorry)
LT4 Pump conversion kit
Set of 8 DI injectors (30% over LT4)
$4995 retail
Small kit is ready to go as well, makes 920whp on E42 with F1A-94.
To be tested with turbos, should do 1000whp on E30.
Big Kit:
belt driven 2nd DI pump
supports 1200rwhp
You will need low side upgrade as well for each level.
I am working on a kit, best know as of now is FORE.

One part of me wants to invest in 8 intake manifold mounted injectors and skip the limits of the DI system. But on the other hand, i really like only have to datalog one computer and look/edit fueling in one place..
i guess i'm at a fork in the road lol

I only log with hp tuners and I typically only tune the fuel on one ecm Depending on weather I am doing part throttle stuff or wot stuff. Dialing in the wot fueling with a stand alone using a maf table is ridiculously easy.
Staying all DI and having just the one ecm would be nice in some ways but I love all the extra features that come with a stand beside ecm.
Besides aux injector control I am using mine for aux fuel pump control, nitrous control(progressive, window switch, wot switch, boost builder, heater control and pressure monitoring), boost control(speed based, closed loop boost targeting, 2 table switching on the fly), tablet gauges that are only limited by your imagination, coil cut off when wot and lean.
This is just what I am using on my car right now. There is a pile of additional features.
