Yes, I did Not complain about this issue to the dealer. I thought TSB was when they perform the work for whoever faces a particular problem for instance this transmission shudder problem etc. which is being discussed in this forum where they will perform the TSB only if you have that problem, does Not apply to all vehicles in a VIN range. So, this was just initiated by the dealer as soon as they pulled up my vehicle info and the service guy clearly mentioned it was a Recall.
