I am not trying to be a jerk but I deal with people every single day and their budgets. You have bolt on budget and no more if you are starting from scratch. You need around 8K to make good power, or at least the power you are looking to make. Bank on 10K+ if you want to run a blower properly.

You are at FBO money. Possibly on the light side of that. Having a 16' helps a bit on the tuning costs. Are you doing the labor yourself?

Headers $1,250
Ported MSD/TB $1,600
FF sensor $200
CAI $450
Tune $475-$675
Labor $600ish

You could swap to a ported stock IM/TB and save 1K. That will work if you are going to do a Procharger later. But if you want to do H/C later you will need the MSD.
