Thank you a lot of pages to read. Very helpful.
Mostly on the street and of course the German Autobahn and maybe a little track. Ones in a while.
Wow
But you have to enlighten me about the acronyms. What does PD, BS mean?
I like to keep the stock looks. with that having said and your perfect explanation I think I narrow it down to Magnuson or LT4. And I have a good feeling with Laynlo15.
The thing is, I will install it by my self. For the final tune I am going to my local tuner.

I am biased because that bastard, Laynlo, enabled my illness which was in remission. I am a modaholic. He’s a very sick individual because he is addicted to speed. But, he will never steer you wrong...
“PD” is positive displacement supercharger. “Centri”, is short for centrifugal.
PD - blowers sit on top of the motor and replace the intake manifold.
Centri - blowers have a little shell looking device, just like a turbo and it sits in front of the motor.
After having multiple different setups, I am really enjoying the magnuson more than the other blowers I have had, but in fairness, the 8-speed auto may be a real contributing factor. Here is a good link that explains the difference.

The reason I chose the magnuson over the LT4 blower is because of upside. The LT4 blower is cheaper. However, there is also a reason why ZL1’s and Z06’s pull them off in favor of the more capable blowers like Magnuson. I like the idea of a blower that isn’t pushed to its max capability...better said, the Magnuson doesn’t have to work as hard to generate the same boost.
As a modaholic, I know it’s easy to say, I only want 550rwhp, but guess what, the shit never stops...with a Magnuson, you aren’t going to be restricted to what you can do...
Anyway...Laynlo is a great example because he probably has the fewest mods on the fast list. No doubt he will run in the 9’s with a stock motor, stock exhaust, stock transmission...but he is adding fuel/octane. Kind of speaks to the Magnuson’s capability.
