Offsets are fine.
I understand why you wanted 25/38.
With 28 it will be in a smidge more and 35 in the back will poke out more.
You will like the 10.5 with 35mm. I would order it with 35mm or 33mm myself.
As for the front. Use a 5mm spacer to push it out and even it up. It will still bolt up but not be out as far as the rear.
For reference. If you look at my pics. Your wheels will be 3mm set in more in the front and 3 mm out more in the back compared to mine.
Like I said, small spacer up front for looks and your golden.
