The stock LT1 oil separator has worked fine on our Camaro so far - up to 1150 RWHP. But the line leaving the separator needs to be enlarged, it has a 5/8" fitting on it, yet GM put a tiny plastic hose on it. Increase the size of the tube shown picture below to 5/8" and you should solve the pressure issue.
