Even if you are a hardcore track enthusiast (like me) you'd probably be better off running a ZL1 1LE replica wheel with a Pilot PS4 on it on the street.
Also, speaking of Pilot PS4, what a bad ass tire it is on track as well. Depending on the circuit, the tire is only going to be about .25-.65 seconds slower at 10/10ths than the superCar and last a lot longer.  |
What I'm curious about is how much ultimate cornering grip you give up with them. GM says with the R3's you get 1.10g and that is a conservative number. Some can see closer to 1.2g.
How much lateral g's do you lose with the PS4?
If you like taking on-off ramps, this becomes important.
