Unless you have bent components and setting toe puts the sensor out of range there is no need to reset it. All alignment angles are dynamic, they change as you drive. You turn the wheel to the left, go over a bump with the right wheel and so on. The computer in the car 'knows' this or the steering angle sensor would need to be constantly reset.

If the inner tie rod is loose, you could tighten it but it would be better to have an alignment done to bring everything into spec.
