Is this the car keeping me from roasting the tires or have you guys noticed that it's maybe not as quick? When I drag race snowmobiles I NEVER want to have the brake grabbing on the caliper at the starting line. I'm sure this is a whole different game.

LC is consistent and consistently slower then when its off.

Having tested both on both my A8 SS's on the same road I can tell you that on my cars on that day with LC on the cars would consistently do 4.5-4.6 and turned off I could get 4.2-4.3

One of the last times I was at the track a kid was running 12.6-12.7@112-113 consistently. After I made a pass he came over and started talking to me about launching. I told him not to run LC and feel out the track. First pass he went 12.38@115 and followed with 12.4's@114-115

It takes a little skill and feeling out the track. When I was running in stock form I would bring the rev's up to 1500-2000 rpm. On the 3rd yellow I would crack the pedal 1/2 shifting all the weight to the back of the car then I would roll hard into the pedal till it was floored.
