Ted also had me install a wideband O2 gauge, so I should be able to tell at a glance if I'm running out of fuel.

Just an FYI, the Wide band is for tuning the AFR at WOT, and will not be an indicator of running out of fuel.
Where you will see how your fuel system is doing will be in the log, we monitor low side fuel pressure, high side fuel pressure and injector opening time.
These are the 3 indicators of fuel system capability.
