Listen guys. All the engines are great. If you’re mature and practical in your approach to choosing a camaro for yourself you’ll be happy with whatever you choose. However... if the thought of a V8 camaro crosses your mind, then you won’t be happy with “settling.”
A fully loaded 2SS with under 10k miles can be had for the same price as a new RS. Increased gas cost and insurance are negligible if you’re looking @ $30k cars and have a clean driving record.
4 cylinder and 6 cylinder guys, if you are happy you shouldnt have to justify your choice. To me, that just looks like buyers remorse.
I’ve never driven the 4 banger, but the v6 sounds great, and is a quick pony. The v6 1le is just fantastic. I wouldn’t mind the v6 1le one bit, and that’s coming from a guy who daily drives his SS every day of the year, no hibernation.
