You shouldn't be running the car with any E85 without being tuned for it. I saw your other thread asking if you can mix E85 with regular gas without a tune. Normal gasoline already has ~10% Ethanol in it so adding E85 will make that percentage much higher than the 15% E you mentioned aiming for. The car does not have an ethanol % sensor from the factory and the car is not tuned to run on anything more than 10-15% E.
Have your car datalogged to see what the AFRs are. Also don't be surprised by your numbers being "high", the dyno you ran on may just read high. You should get a flex fuel kit and have the car tuned for E85, then re-dyno it.
