After reading so many positive posts on here about how great this mod was, I knew it would only be a matter of time before I pulled the trigger on a Tony Mamo ported throttle body!

The ordering process and comms from Tony was second to none and I received the TB (here in the U.K.) beautifully packed and in good time.

Installation was a breeze, 15 minutes tops and that included changing the air filter to a Green Filter at the same time.

My car only had around 750 miles when I did the install but that is now up to just over a thousand and I have to say the improvement is very noticeable. Certainly the throttle response is a lot more linear and driveability has improved, particularly on pull away and light throttle. The most noticeable difference however is when you come off the throttle when approaching a junction for instance and then go back on it. The pick up is instant with no lag whatsoever. It really feels like the pedal is connected to the TB by a cable rather than drive by wire.

I'm still in my break in period so I haven't gone WOT yet but so far I am very happy with this mod. If you are on the fence about this then my advice is go for it. Coupled with the Green Filter it's the best bang for your buck out there (IMO)
