Big tires throw up more debris...sticky tires make that problem worse...then, add to it a surface that is presented to those chips to hit (ahead of rear wheels)....you see where I'm going.
Most opt for clear bra to protect the area...I think I will just repaint when the time comes.
Other than this design element, I have had no paint issues.
