CAMARO6 - View Single Post - Is Launch control the best way to get it going?

I've played with the launch control a bit in my new-to-me 2017 SS convertible A8. Is that the best/fastest way to get it going from a standstill?? It's fun to play with but it maybe seems a little lazy almost like there's a pause when I lift from the brake. Is this the car keeping me from roasting the tires or have you guys noticed that it's maybe not as quick? When I drag race snowmobiles I NEVER want to have the brake grabbing on the caliper at the starting line. I'm sure this is a whole different game.
