I'm in the same debate as you... my budget and common sense leads me towards the I4 but my heart wants the sou d of the V6... and here in Québec, the price difference between 91 and 87 gas is like 0.20$ a liter. Considering I plan on making 20 000 km a year with the car (13k miles), it makes a difference of 300$ a year in gas... so the extra 1700$ for the V6 would get covered only after 6-7 years... so basically in term of gas price, they are the same.

Decisions decisions....
