I have a base procharger P-1sc-1 with base 4.0 pulley, do people see 7 PSI as procharger states on a stock engine?

Currently, I have the above kit with ported heads and headers, stock exhaust, ported MSD, 103 MM TB, assuming I don't rev it any higher would 6 PSI be expected?

I'm just getting a baseline before I go boost crazy...
