Thankfully they recognized the issue was there but that's after what someone can only assume was a few spirited runs. I know in my experience the issue doesn't come up during spirited driving, so if they were doing so, it would never happen.

i have onstar and they seemed to be accelerating hard, and the issue is only noticeable under light throttle and in drive mode. will be taking to a new dealership.
