The CT6 is closest in its dimensions to the Mercedes S-class. Wheel Base - CT6: 122.4", S-Class: 124.6". Overall Length - CT6: 204.1", S-Class: 206.5". The weights differ, Base CT6: 3,666 lbs, S-Class: listed as 4,630 lbs in both RWD and 4MATIC (AWD), The S63 is listed at 4,806 lbs. The S560 has a 4.0L Twin Turbo V8 rated at 463 Hp/ 516 lb/ft Torque. Cadillac wins there.... The S63 (equivalent to what a CT6-V would be) also has a 4.0L TT V8, but its turned up to 603 Hp/664 lb/ft Tq. Mercedes wins there, depending on what the actual weight if the CT6 V Sport is compared to the base model.

I've actually been shopping the CPO market for a 2016 CTS-V vs. a 2014 MB AMG E63 S. Two great cars to buy used because of the massive depreciation. Even though the CTS-V is lighter and has more power, it's pretty much a no-brainer to go with the AMG for me at least because of these other factors.
- MB CPO warranty is so much better for DD car (unlimited mileage).
- You get treated like you expect to be treated when you bring the car in for service
- Blizzaks + AWD for the winter (and you can turn it off when you don't want it on).
- The MB is way classier inside and out than the Caddy
