Fast forward 20 years and I was just about to pull the trigger on a 6th gen Camaro (I had been dreaming about it for a while) when I suddenly veered left and bought a Challenger. I really don't care for Dodge but the Challenger is such an unabashed American hauler that I couldn't resist it's unrefined charm. It helps that the Challenger has a large trunk and useful back seat (although not as bountiful as a Chevelle, you could actually procreate in the back of a Chevelle).

Im with you. Its about as close as you can get to a Chevelle these days. Unfortunately for many, GM listened to the enthusiasts with this Gen6 car and gave them what they wanted at the price of being practical. Best Camaro ever by every performance test there is. It just has no room at all.
