The rear knuckles were 84382226 & 84382227
They were off a 2017 ZL1.

That damper number may very well superscede 23281657, as it's one digit less than the current right side MRC rear damper (84219921).

Those other part numbers aren't knuckles, but new part numbers for the rear lower control arms, you can see the "replaced by" here at GMPartsGiant.
