I am a Track Rat and went from Modified 2013 ZL1 (daily summer driven) to a 18 ZL1 1LE. I know every one says it, but i must say it again... I do miss the softer Touring mode on the original ZL1. That said it is the only thing i miss... The very first thing i purchased was road wheels and tires. I went with Firestone Indy 500's. This helped the ride, cold and wet traction, and just made the car more "daily". I sprung for the PDR because as a true track rat I like to revue my Video's and see where I can improve. Its for my use so quality don't really matter. If i want to post videos to youtube and show friends i have gopro's for that. Now This car turns heads! More so than a non 1LE. So expect to answer questions at every petrol station. (I'm sure the novelty will wear off in a year, after all its a camaro not a Lambo) The benefit of adjusting the suspension adds cool factor but lets be honest, once you get it where you like it... you'll never want to touch it again. To me the car feels under powered for the amount of grip you have...
If there is one thing GM could of done to really make the car Stand out, they should of put a factory cold air on it and given it the ability to run E85 for that extra 30HP that you could tap in to at the track.
