I agree. It would’ve been nice to know when the ZL1 1LE(What we thought was a Z/28) reveal was going to be. Some forum members knew due to an interview, and I was at Daytona that weekend, but some people definitely missed out. If GM would announce the reveal date for their vehicles and when they could expect the vehicle to reach dealers, customers would be a lot happier. There’s Corvette owners who are torn between buying a C7 and waiting on a C8, but they have no idea when the C8 will hit the lots, let alone be revealed. There’s also Camaro6 members who pulled a trigger on 2018 Camaros because the grew tired of the wait. I’m sure that a lot of Silverado and Sierra owners switched to F150s because their trucks were outdated; but if they had known a next-Gen Silverado/Sierra is coming this fall, they would’ve waited it out and gotten a new GM truck(I know 3 of these cases).

GM’s marketing is absolutely horrible, and the performance engineers deserve better than that.
