Agreed, however... The geometry looks the same and if the part is 'sufficient' they may have spent money elsewhere. Maybe some closer inspection of the bushings (might be a small molding number hidden somewhere) and obviously a good look at the ball joint would be in order.

Heck it could have exactly the same bushing but a harder ball joint.

Kinda sucks these look like single use parts... Bushing is probably serviceable (possibly replaceable with poly/solid) but the ball joint probably not.
