That's how a lot of them work. They list multiple overlapping incentives that cannot be used at the same time, you can qualify for one or the other, not both. They also remove the $995 destination fee that is already part of the sticker price to drop their advertised price another grand, then tack it back on in the paper work.
That's almost like removing options from the advertised price then tacking them back on during the deal since the car
does have that option installed.
One I looked at had dealer installed items not listed in the ad, or on the sticker, just stuck on the car and you are expected to take them and pay crazy prices for things like $110 locking lugnuts.
