I did own a 2ss auto and now a 1le. Really liked the 2ss the biggest shortfall to me was the brakes and lack of headroom with a helmet on. The 1le is amazing how much tighter and more responsive the whole car feels. If you want a manual I would definitely get the 1le and switch out to ps4 once tires are worn out(took me 3900 Miles). I would try to test drive back to back to really feel difference and play with the modes a bit on the 1le. Is very soft and compliant in tour mode and very racy in track. Good luck!
