As you are aware, per standard procedure, QC info is not available. So, no info there. It's been a tough winter all around and I am sure that weather plays a role. I can't help but thinking that it comes down to logistics. Not enough cars on the boat? Perhaps GM/Chevy are waiting for enough cars headed this way to justify the cost.
