Chicago Tommy thank you for that information on heat. I am in NY so that should only be a 6 months of the year issue.

This is my daily driver so I think that I will keep them until they wear out or I have an issue as you suggestted Wiskeyfed.

I have another question - can these tires be plugged. Over the years I have driven over my share of nails. Usually its a $20 repair for the remaining life of the tire. For some reason I thought that I heard one nail hole and these become garbage. Is that right?

Absolutely no problem, my friend. Glad I could help.

Yes, runflats can be patched/plugged, as long as the hole isn't in the outermost treadblock or the sidewall. Once those outermost tread blocks have been compromised, most tire shops will not want the liability.
