I had a buddy score a new, loaded f150 off the lot that was a model year old....approaching being 2 model years old. It has like 200-300miles on it from “test drives” etc. He negotiated the KBB retail price as a USED CAR off a lot. I thought that was a crafty tactic. Not sure where that would land a 2017 SS, but might be worth trying if the car has more than factory miles on it, and has been sitting for years (which also isn’t great for the car for various reasons).
