When the dealer confirmed the part #, I had the same thought about the online parts catalogs just not being up to date. What's really strange is the online diagram assigns the bolt a number but does not include that number in the list of parts that can be ordered.

Since the bolt was being reused, the alignment tech did not torque it to angle.

I ordered a pair of new control arm bolt washers. Should be here on Friday. I'll let everyone know if the new washers fit.
Had my new alignment hardware replaced this morning and the alignment re-set. The rear alignment hardware came as a kit, including bolts, eccentric washers, and lock-nuts. I got there a little early so I could photograph the labels on the new hardware for future reference.

Everything went smoothly and the new alignment specs match the previous settings exactly. The mechanic said he was surprised at how easy it was. He expected TTA to throw off the alignment after he set it all up but all went like clockwork.

After I returned home I went ahead and recorded all the information from the labels. Then I visited "That GM Parts Guy" to see if they had them all. First I used their vehicle selector to specify [2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1]. Then I copied all 6 GM part numbers into the search bar at once. All of them came up on the page. I opened the product page for each item, looking for any warnings or notices about incompatibility. I saw none. Every page said "This part fits your 2017 Chevrolet Camaro". As expected, a note accompanied both bolts stating "Part Is Not Reusable, Replace Only."

Below is a list of the hardware with all the pertinent related information. I've included the GM price I paid at the dealer and the listed (discount) price shown on the TGMPG site. You could apparently save about $25 buying from there but then you'd have to track the order, check it when it arrives, and re-order if something doesn't match. It may be easier to just have the dealer do everything.

So why didn't your existing eccentric washers fit on the new bolts? The service rep agreed that either (1) original parts came from a different supplier with slightly different specs or (2) the online catalog could be off. I'm thinking (1). Anyway, we know for sure that the kit ordered through the dealer will work. If someone else here orders bolts and washers from TGMPG and they work, please update the thread so everyone is informed.
