Thanks. Do we have a way to verify this? Maybe a build-date break point? Hopefully sooner rather than later the online parts catalogs will be updated accordingly.

That's a great list!

That makes sense GM would change the dampers based on wheel/tire combo. The 20"s are undoubtedly heavier and would require stronger dampers to try to compensate for the added unsprung weight. Given only the FE2's have the ability to have 18"s or 20"s from the factory, it's probably safe to say that R29 = 20" wheel equipped 1LS, 1LT, and 2LT. Also, the SS's are summer-tire only, further reinforcing that the 20" all-seasons are 1LS, 1LT, and 2LT.
