You have a module going off-line. I don't know which one, but I can guarantee it will be an expensive one to replace out-of-warranty. You should also realize that most of these modules need to be "mated" to the car with dealer software. So 10 years from now when you buy a MyLink from a junkyard, it won't just plug-and-play.
I would absolutely report this behavior to the dealer and have them investigate.
