All the cars have what's called intelligent charging, and that mean sometimes it's not charging at all depending on whether the battery needs it. If it consistently is at 11.7 all the time for a month yeah you got a problem but if everything is working correctly and you're not getting any other alarms, the system is just not charging because the batteries in good shape.
