MBRP sounds great...got to remember your neigbors may hate you though.
Once I install catless headers/xpipe I think I am putting my stock NPP back on and also installing cutouts into the piping. This way I have it all. In your case the only way to have the ability to quiet it down is to leave the stock system and add cutouts.
If you don't care about ever quieting the axhaust down then MBRP for the win and spend the extra on Stainless. Exhaust sounds awesome and ZERO and I mean ZERO drone on the highway. I love mine...gonna be too loud for my neighbors at 5AM with catless headers though.
