JFM-jr and I have compared these 2 cars Back to Back as i am his friend that owned the 15 scatpack i also own an 16 A8 camaro ss and a 17 Hellcat A8 he has run them all 40 times and driven them on his own for lenth of time for his own comparisons .we both agree they are all fun and have such different personalities /good qualities 2 things we both agree on is they are all fun and Fast .the camaro on DR tires and the scat were side by side for every 10 runs he would get me 6 times i would say but we could have handed a cup of coffee back and forth ..1 thing i feel with him is the A8 in the Dodges shifts are much faster over all and the main thing is 0 lag when manually shifting ..other than that i love the camaro as much .its like a cockpit and handles like an M4 for 1/2 the money .not that the challengers handle bad but the camaro is in BMW class you just can't put the challenger in that catagorie .I say pick what you like theres trade offs to everything but you really can't make a bad decision whether it be camaro SS SCatpack or new 18 mustang ..
