What I would recommend you do is start with a muffler delete wont cost much and if you don't like it then buy an axle back of sorts.. Deleting your resonator is where your going to develop tones of drone and rasp on a stock NA setup so I wouldnt advice removing the xpipe resonator unless your going to replace it with the magnaflow one.
Bold - remember, on an N/A LGX you want 2.5". 3" is okay because of boost. The last paragraph is also good advice, as it is what I would say to do. Magnaflow 11386 + muffler delete is a great starting point.
