I went with G2. Not a simple or quick process at all. But the results are good!

I too would recommend a better brush if possible, but I actually got lazy and used the brush that came with it, and it worked fine for me. I was just careful, and I didn't lose any of the brush onto the paint. 3 coats and its good to go!!
