I cant blame the PPF installer because if the paint job would of been done correctly it wouldn't of chipped or came off.

Your second round of pictures show it much better. That shouldn't be that difficult to repair at all. Looks like the clear bra was pulled back off and caused that. When they spray them at the factory, they arent that concerned with coverage on parts that are not visable i can see the paint being light in that area. These arent Ferraris after all.
